unknown debits off my account

Good day<br> <br> I have been experiencing unknown debits off my STD bank cheque account ( ********** ) all i do is contact the bank to ask for assistance as i am counting and relying on you to keep my money safe . But to my surprise i get told their clients have been experiencing that lately and there is not much the bank can do except reversals and blocking next debits ( which also has no guarantee) ??<br> <br> Only god knows how much will be taken off my account next time , can the bank please get involved and resolve this matter as we trusting in you to protect our last ??<br> <br>
