Unknown Credit Card Info

I have a credit card linked to my credit report profile that I don't know. This is my second hellopeter complaint with standard bank. They said it has been resolved but 3 weeks later, I still have this unknown credit card with a balance of R56k that is always increasing. How was this credit card linked to me? Who is using it? And why is it so difficult for standard bank to remove it? I only have 1 credit card that I'm paying for monthly. I would like to apply for funding but I can't because of incorrect information. I don't know this second credit card. Please remove it and send the correct information to the credit bureau.
