Khayelitsha Mall standard bank has a very bad services..... On a Saturday there is only 1 teller 1 consultant and 1 enquiries on a Saturday my time of arriving is 10.15 now time is 11:10 what they do walking in slow motion helping 1 person all most 40mins the queue outside is long there's no agency in staff..... Rather close yo business if u goner have this happening..... Caus your staff is not helping at all...... Yes l understand we are facing this pandemic in our country but helping 1 person for 40mins is not doing justice to ppl who want to do their things..... Fix this
