UNimpressed

I would like to start by saying that I am extremely dissappointed and unimpressed with STD Bank. I app**** for an account and even from the get go, the agent that helped me wasn't very friendly. In fact he sounded quite bored and not wanting to help me at all. I asked them to make my branch Menlyn Corporate Park (NEXT to Menlyn Park Shopping Centre). Upon receiving my sms confirming my card has arrived (and standinig in a que for 40minutes) I was told that my card was in actual fact at Menlyn Park Shopping Centre. After my arrival there, I got my card and was told I wasn't registered for U-Count rewards (Which I requested also from the get-go) and they can't help me then. They set up only my cash withdrawel limite and said I can apply for internet banking on my own. Thats all good and well but now I am told by the internet to call to set up my limits. Now after being a client for a week. I am told my FICA isn't valid anymore so my account is suspended I need to go into the bank. When logging in I have apparently no money available, although i KNOW I have ?R600 still avail? WTH? I will be closing my account this week. Get some tips from FNB please.
