Unhelpful staff at sandton branch

Went in to make a forex exchange at the sandton branch. The teller refused to serve me saying non std bank clients cannot purchase unless its a cash exchange and asked me for multiple documents not the usual requested ie she could not swipe my card to make the purchase. Which is not what your website says. Proceeded to have a long laugh with another person behind the counter before attending to cclients in spite of seeing the queue out front.
