Unhelpful and useless

About a month ago we encountered a burglary and the assessors where here,they did what they had to do and till date I've keeping calling and they saying the relevant people are busy they will phone we back but they never,they very fast to take our premiums every month yet they always give us a problem when it's time to pay out.I want this problem sorted out soon before I take it further
