Unhappy with unauthorized deductions

I recently found out that I have been paying for a Prestige Credit card when I specifically requested a normal Elite Account for less than R100 per month charges. At time when the incorrect card was issued about 2 years ago, the consultant rectified the account details and refunded me the difference of extra charges. I transacted over R2Million on this card and not happy with ******* of service charges for a card I did not order. To make it worse, I see another unknown deduction today for some share link that appeared from nowhere. Sort this immediately and refund me for all the ******* deductions or I am moving banks by Tuesday 5 April 2016.I am tired of being ****** by Standard Bank and ******* deductions. It seems that whenever I get busy and don't check on my deductions then STD bank thinks that my account can be manipulated **********ly. This must stop NOW. Refund me asap.Naresh ***
