unhappy standard bank customer, homeloan approved when the building had structural damage which will cause the building to collapse as time goes bye
queit unhappy as i purchased a house which was approved in february 2020. we were hit with covid and i was only able to work from the place in june. upon being at the place, we noticed alot if structural damage and have spoken to standard bank about this and standard bank is giving us the runa round, we had one assessor from standard bank insurance come through to say the crack are preexisting and also a guy from standard bank itself who said the same but standard bank is still declining my claim as they say they didnot cover the outbuilding into the insurance with no reason as to why because it was all part of the main buidling and in the plans and the building attached to the main building is not prefab, it is brick layered,
the building is now costing me money as the electrical was done terribly and obvious that the electrical compliance certificate was ***** and now standard bank refuses to anything to cover the costs. if they do not sort this issue out, i will seek legal action against them .
