Unhappy customer(Standard Bank)

I'm here again complaining about Standard bank, once again,my 1st complain was my personal Loan being paid up but no Default removed from my name,that was sorted after I complained for 5 months,now I'm complaining about my Vehicle finance being paid up,waiting for my vehicle documents that I was told I will receive within 21 working days which should ve been on the 16/03/2022 so I went to the brach today,now I'm told that my docs can't be released as they are under Legal Dept,I have supp**** stardard bank with Proof of payment,and they have acknowledged that my vehicle finance has been paid up now I cannot get my Documents,if I ever delt with Standard bank again I'm going to go crazy,I'm not happy with their service at all, I would nt recommend anyone to deal with them(Standard Bank)
