Unhappy customer

I recently lost my vehicle that was financed by Standard Bank, my insurance settled the claim with the bank however I still need to pay the shortfall amount. On the 15th April 2019, I received a call from one of the Standard Bank representative (Hlapane Serame) explaining that they will continue with deductions until the shortfall amount is settled. I queried about increasing the monthly payments to settle the shortfall sooner and he then emailed me an account and reference number to make extra payments however the account is invalid ( or at least that's the feedback I get every time I attempted to make an online payment). On the 10th May 2019, I received an email from Standard Bank CRR VAF Restructure Team following up on the request to review my Vehicle Assist Finance account with a reference number and instructions on how to access the application form. They also provided a number ( ********** 347) should I have difficulties and let's just say Standard Bank call centre is a nightmare, I waited almost 10 minutes for a consulted that transferred me to an insurance department ( another 5 minutes wait for a consulted) and after that I was told I'm in the wrong department. I am struggling in logging on to the VAF Restructure page with the reference number I was provided with by the Standard Bank CRR VAF Restructure Team on the email and I'm struggling to get help from their consultant team it's frustrating.
