The most ***********, horrible, bank that targets vulnerable people.
I am not happy with the service that i have been receiving from Standard bank Pumulani mall in Tembisa. The staff is clueless and not helpful.
I'm being charge a monthly management fee of R70 on a student achiever whereas its R9. 99. An overdraft fee of R69 and an Excess fee of R4.
I don't have an agreement for an overdraft, i am only a student but yet i'm being charged an overdraft fee. A monthly service fee of R70 on a monthly basis instead of the student fee.
When i ask the branch they don't even know whats the charge for. Since July Standard bank has been charging me unfairly, no one is even able to assist me on that regard.
I am not happy and i want this matter resolved, so that i can close the account and find open an account elsewhere,were customer are valued, prioritize and helped efficiently by competent staff.
This afternoon i visited Boulders Mall Standard bank, The staff is *********** they are not even proactive.The consultant had an attitude,disrespectful above all she cant answer my questions,she cant even resolve to my query instead she calls her manager.
Whereas i asked to be assisted by the manager they **** to me and said the manager is out on leave but all of a sudden the manager is available.
Im advise i must go to my branch they will assist me they cannot.
Which means even when i am out of the province. The province where i opened my account i must go there. Which seems nonsensical to me.
