Unhappy client

Standard bank will be the end of me am telling you, I am not a client here but every time I happen to be associated with standard bank there is ALWAYS a problem.

Carletonville branch, I am here with a friend who is here to transfer money to the external bank because she doesn't have an app. We were here before open time number 3 in the Q but when they opened the guy took a white couple that came late amd the couple is being assisted as we speak we are still waiting for someone, and we don't even have a Q system in place we don't know where to go we are sitting on the chairs with NO DIRECTION. wes part I have to be at work that's the reason why I came earlier
