UNHAPPY CLIENT

Have received numerous calls about being a value Client but when it comes to the crunch of money borrowing etc, not worth anything. I am self employed and cannot earn a salary as Clients are not paying in time. When applications are made, I feel we are treated like we are ********* . ITC notes us down as irregular payers but this is because of us not getting paid in time. We then get a bad name. Am I only a VALUED CLIENT when I am being sold something?
