Unhappy client

<p>I took out a loan 15/06/2015 Esther at the bank promoted the revolving loan to me, she said it is something good as you can revolve evertime when you dont have money, I advice her i only need a loan and to pay it off, I dont want to revolve as then I will never pay of the loan. As far as I am concerned it is a loan for 3 years, which needs to end 15/06/2018, this was not my 1st loan with Standard Bank. To my surprice last week Friday when I went to the bank the consultant told me that is loan is unending i will keep on paying until the amount is due. I was so shock how can this be possible, unending when will this stop. I never revolved on this loan. I need Standard Bank to look into this, this account must have a due date as above and an end date. I am really unhappy about this and request a complete and full investigation in regard to this. Should Standard Bank not resolve this matter I will then refer it ti OSTI.</p>
