unhappy

I am very unhappy with Standard Bank right now. I have a loan with Standard Bank which they are deducting R1178.12 from my salary every month and now i get sms and phone calls saying that my account is arrears with a R2000 which to me doesn't make any sense. I was supposedly to have a 7 days savings account which of R500 was supposed to be debt into my savings account which it never happened,but it went towards my loan to pay it quickly of which i didn't agreed on, i only agree on the Monthly deductions of R1178.12. So when i went back to the bank for my savings that's when I've been told that i do have a savings account, but nothing went into it but towards my loan.They can't even tell me why is it in arrears and that R2000 they did reverse that money bank into my personal account.

Please hellopeter help me, i am tired of repeating myself. Thank You MaryAnn
