Unhappy

I have previously reported an incident where my money was taken by Standard Banks collections department without my knowledge and I got a feedback later that it cant be reversed as I owed standard bank, and I made peace with that R2300 that debited from my account, and now to my surprise there is debt collectors agency that keeps calling me everyday that I have to pay standard R2800 that I have already paid and left with hundred and something, I very frustrated as Standard Bank, didn't waste time to take their money and yet they don't update credit be roux and their debt collectors to stop calling me as they have handed over my account to them. PLEASE!!!!
