Unfairly treated by the Home loans
My experience with Standard Bank has always been good when i was employed there, however the way they treat there customers compared to the employees is just not in line with "Treating your Customers Fairly"
I've been unemployed from February 2015 - August 2016 and feel behind with my home loan. I then started paying them again and was dragged to court to have the property Auctioned January 2017, the judged ruled that I must make arrangements with Standard Bank which I did, after paying them monthly and being in contact with the consultant at Standard Bank (Margaret Bailey) to my surprise I had to appear in court again on the 5 September 2017 for the execution to be granted. The judge once again ruled in my favor and requested that I submit an court affidavit before or on the 14 September, and therefore did not grant Standard Bank the judgement to have the property executed. However Standard bank and there Attorneys continued with the action even when the Judgement was made against it, so on the 5 October I received a warrant of execution which was dated 8 September 2017 when the judge on the 5th did not grant the execution. I will be taking the matter further as this is not moving your customers forward and after being a home loan client since 2005 September.
