UNFAIRLY TREATED

Its painful what Standard Bank has done to me, I try so hard every month to get money to pay off my Vehicle and for them to suddenly hand me over to the attorneys while am paying. To my suprise you state I haven't paid since December but you deducted twice when I submitted my statements to the Lawyers they say this account number on my statements is not the one that was handed over i really don't understand how come cause i only have one Vehicle car finance with tou guys and you deducting from my account, does this mean the day i switched banks a wrong reference was captured when the debit order was created cause no one wants to help me get clarity the send me to pillar to post first standard bank said call the lawyers then now the lawyers say call standard bank...what am i suppose to do cause you wanna reposses a car that am paying for monthly, how can I owe R29000 for non payments
