Unfair treatment/bond closure refusal/incorrect info given to credit bureau
I have a bond account with Standard bank since 2004 which I jointly opened with my deseased partner. In period of 2013 and again 2016 we were going through financial difficulties and the bond was in arears. Standard bank lawyers app**** for a judgement against my name on both occassions. I have now two judgements for the same bond account which has been fully paid by credit life after my partner passed away . Credit life paid the outstanding amount in full on the 09th May 2018. After struggling to get paid up letter from standard bank, they eventually sent it to me so that I can send the information to credit bureau for the uplifting of the judgements. I sent the letters to two major credit bureau and now standard bank says I still owe them I have no idea what they think I owe them . I have made numerous attempts of trying to get the account closed to no avail. Standard is the worst bank ever. They treat their customers like *******
