Unfair treatment on my business account

<p>On the 1st of June I received funds into my business account from a foreign investor. After the bank took their charges on the transfer they took the funds as well. I had to phone the bank in order to find out where the funds went and I was told my account was being investigated. As a start up business every cent counts and the funds that were taken really set us back as we had plans already to start production on a fashion label with that money. Despite my trying to find out how long will investigation take and what is needed I was just told to wait for the investigators to finish their job. The investor who happens to be the father of the creative designer and CEO of the fashion label came to South Africa and one of his priorities was to try and solve this matter. We went to standard bank at 5 Simmonds street but we were kept waiting at reception for more than 2 hours, one of the investigators Jonathan Baloyi told us someone is coming to assist us (no one came), we asked for Tahira Maasdorp who was the one assigned to do the investigation but we were told she is on sick leave and her manager Bhikan Ghiani told us they can only help us when she comes back from leave I could not take that response. Then she started interrogating me also telling me my account is not a business account because I'm not paying salaries and there is little money coming into account. She mentioned that the fact that my business has physical address in Centurion and Postal address in Ladysmith makes the account not valid, she also cannot believe that someone can come all the way from overseas to try and resolve a matter amounting to $7500. With all the frustrations I was experiencing from the bank and the cancelled launch, supplier payments I asked the bank to return the money back to sender which they did. Last week a model paid a registration fee of only R530 and after that fee my account was now blocked I was not aware of this until I went to branch and they told me Tahira has now blocked my account and referred it to investigations. I have explained many times that Last Born Creations is a holding company with sisters rising modeling agency as one of its currently functional division, the new clothing label hudess couture (which was being funded), is also one of the newly established divisions which is still under construction but they fail to understand that. Is it because the investor is a black foreigner would things be different if it was otherwise. Why am I being charged banking fees for services I'm not receiving why has the model fee been blocked does standard bank not want to see my business grow as now I cannot book a model shoot for this new model. To standard Bank this money may look small but for a self funded start up business every cent counts and they have messed with my business long enough. I want my money back from standard bank and I want that business account closed ASAP.
