Unfair treatment from the bank

I lost my job in April 2016, and was unemployed for 5 months. From October I started a temp position which pays less and everything was on arrears. I then app**** for Respread/Extension request which was granted. In January again I started another temp towards the end of the month, which means I could not pay a lot of things that month. I have requested Standard bank to allow another Respread/Extension, I was then told that this was allowed in November I therefore have to wait for June. When June started I completed another form which was rejected, and now the reason had changed. It was no more November but now December. I get harrased by calls even on Saturdays when I'm attending funerals, by a lot of calls. I still don't have a permanent job yet but I'm paying every month. My please to Standard Bank Vehicle & Assert finance is to allow the respread and atleast increase my instalment from R 5 300 to R 6 500 monthly to accommodate the R 10 000 arrears. Please I beg of you. When I get a permanent job I will increase my instalment again.
