Unfair treatment
Hi, I visited one of the branches ( protea gardens) I was shocked that even people whose job description is to keep the office clean ( with all due respect) also have a say or make decisions as to can be served first. Story short she came out of one of the offices and realized that one of her friends was in the queue and she asked her why she didn't advise her and she was going to keep space for her. She then went to the back office where one of the customer service consultant has gone to because you could tell that one she is avoiding the queue. OK the consultant then came out of the back office to the queue and asked this lady who was having a conversation with the cleaning lady if she is from post office and she rep**** yes, she called her to her desk and helped her. One no one enjoys the pain of waiting in the queue in the morning. 2. I also have a job that was waiting for me to go to, I always work for one of your competitors therefore I don't go to branches and waive that I need to served first / get special treatment. The rules clearly state the exceptions are for elders and people that can't wait in queues not friends or neighbour's. This took place on Friday the 28/02 around 9:15 ish. Can we be considerate and treat all clients fairly. Thanks
