Unfair treatment

We have had this home loan for close to 2 years now , our initial instalment was R15 500 and last year we found ourselves paying close to R21 000 , I have been emailing, calling requesting that our product be restructured because it's too much ! , we never took the bond of that much from beginning... we have been asked to write emails I think more than 7 , each time no one is willing to assist us instead we got 2 calls ,

1. They put us on stable instalment of R19 000 which will not be affected by repo rate , which no one discussed this with us they just made that agreement on they own , I find out this when one of the agents call us and we rejected that thing and never got an answer on how they can put us on that agreement without discussing that with us 2. We asked for bond restructure n reduction of the bond because we cannot afford it , we sent out emails , proof of income, our expenses sheet and they come back to us with an answer that they can't help us cos our bond is new , we fall behind with 1 instalment because of this constantly rising instalment, we fall behind on credit card because now all the money we getting goes to this debt . 3. We call again ask for assistance because we really drowning, they come back to us and say we must pay R19 800 for 30 years now and we rejected this is still high and almost the same instalment with 10 more years to our commitment, we then ask the lady to instead split the arrears into the remaining term she asks us to resend the documents, we send out documents and there's no response instead , we then receive billions of calls each day being harassed yet we asked them to intervene. 4. They then decide to make the debit order for the 9th or 10th of every month where the debit order will bounce and they keep on coming back to the account with no luck of finding funds , mind you we already pay our monthly instalment on the 30th , they debit R20 700 which is way too high that our arrears of R8000 , I message them telling them to cancel this debit order i never agreed to this arrangement they are telling me they can't do that , so they must always come to my account and forcefully debit the amount and on the date we never agreed on . So my question is do they do this to the black customers because I'm sure they will never do this to a white customer , instead they will try by all means to assist the customers that's what they preaching n yet we get the very different treatment, sad thing is we can't even change to another institution because of this , are they trying to get us to give up this bond n ruin our name ?

I am really willing to go public with this treatment because I'm sure we as black people are the only customers receiving this treatment and harassment, I hope I get response because I'm going higher , Standard Bank is a ****mer in a tie , I regret even taking this products with them
