Unfair Listing

I app**** for pension back lending loan with me previous company via Standard Bank. This loan was improved. A month later, I resigned due to receiving another opportunity. I was informed that on resignation, loan would be settled by pension. Loan installment was deducted via payroll. During the transition when Standard Bank should like me have been waiting for payout from pension they blacklisted me as missing a payment! How? Why? I’ve logged this but no one has given me feedback. I want this resolved ASAP as I was not in breach!!!!

Standard Bank, exactly when are you going to clear my record. I gave my bank details for amount that’s in credit to pblsettlement but no response. When are you going to sort this out?!
