Unfair judgement of application - Good credit record but declined for no reason -URGENT ASSISTANCE BY EMAIL ONLY

Good day

I app**** for a standard bank credit card last month and was approved.

I needed some assistance and app**** for a personal loan and now declined.

I have a good credit standing and do not understand what is going on.

Please can you advise as I feel like you are unfairly judging my application

Please respond by email only.

I would like to know the reason as I feel this needs to be reported to the ombudsman
