Unfair Interest Charges on My term Loan

I am extremely concerned and feel ****med by how my term loan account is being handled. I pay R2,690 every month, yet I am being charged an additional R1,700 in interest while my arrears keep increasing.

In January my account was in order, and when I enquired about retrenchment cover I was not assisted. Since then, despite making arrangements and payments, I am still debited and penalised with growing arrears that make no sense.

This is unfair, misleading, and feels like exploitation
