Unfair deduction from my Account.
I've now been a victim of the infamous \Setting-Off"principle app**** by Standard Bank.
The fact that I've been unemployed since February 2015 does obviously not matter to them. The money in my account was very carefully budgeted to last about 3 months. Now they have gone and deducted almost R30000.00 from my account to settle a loan I've had with them.
My problem is this: I have not received any accounts/statements from them since 2010 and do not know what the outstanding balance was or what was deducted was what I actually owed.
Their has been absolutely no contact by Standard Bank to me at this point and no amount of phone calls or e-mails solicits any response from them. I have even written to the Complaints Resolution Centre"
