Unfair charges levied on my account

I have two accounts with Standard Bank. The bank has levied unauthorised charges and costs on these account which have made it impractical to operate them. I have not transacted on the account, except for bank that has levied its questionable charges. I have tried and requested a responsible person who can rectify the matter but have been ignored. I am a disabled person and have difficulty in going into the branch. People that have phoned me are obstructive and do not want to assist me but are demanding these unfair charges.
