Unfair Bond Increase

Standard Bank Account No - ********** 37 I wish to make a complaint regarding my home loan on the above the account no. I started this home loan in 2008 and the initial agreement was I pay R 7700 per month. I have had several problems with payments and some times I would miss a month or two in payment but one way or the other I make it up. However the bank decided to increase my bond repayment arbitrarily from R 7700 to R 11,800 with no consultation, no discussion. The issue I am experiencing is if Im failing to meet my R 7700 monthly statement and they decide to increase it by R 4100 on top is it not perpetuating failure? I was supposed to be informed of the changes if they decided to do so it was never communicated. The media has been explaining to us how banks are so biased against people of colour and I can see it in my case. I am therefore asking for you to look into this matter as it doesn't seem right. You assistance and attention are greatly appreciated.
