Unfair and unnecessary sale of debt whilst under investigation with the Ombudsman

Following my previous complaints. I lodged a complaint with the ombudsman as MDB did honor their small settlement discount previously offered and STD bank refused to respond. I told them I intend settling following the investigation by Ombudsman. later that week I then received notification that they sold this little amount of my debt to the debt collector even though they were under investigation. Even though I had paid the monthly amount as well, under investigation and offered final settlement, I am still getting harassed beyond acceptance and is intensifying. I responded to both Std Bank and MDB and reported their actions further. to date there has been no response from Standard Bank nor MDB. This sale was purely to evade an investigation with the Ombudsman without real reason that is fair and justifiable. To any persons looking at investing in a bank, read reviews on Hello Peter before parting with hard earned cash to banks who do not take you seriously nor provide a suitable services that is flexible to your needs. FNB is one of the banks that is flexible, fair and work with you. Don't worry about when you are financially ok worry about how they would work with you if you are not.
