unexplained transfers

I have a vaf account and a personal account with standard bank, the vaf account was handed over to heynike attorneys and a payment arrangement was made directly with the attorneys, for the last two months I have had 4000 and R2800 come off the account with no agreement to justify the debit, I have spend the last two days between Northcliffe's and Sandton branch with no assistance. Funanani at the legal department was very rude and unprofessional, Pauline Gopane who is also in legal has not returned a call or email in 6 months, how does vaf justify these amounts debited when I have had an arrangement with heynike, now I'm being told to contact henike and get proof that I have been paying the account, this is highly unprofessional as it shows that the various departments in your organization do not communicate, I plan on taking this matter to my legal advisor as this is a breach of a written agreement
