Unexplained transactions in account

Standardbank allows unexplainable transactions. I traveled to using N1 toll gates 19 December 2024. Paid for toll gates using my cheque account card. The costs reflected when I checked my app. Today 27 December I just woke up and seen that according to standardbank, I am at the toll gates again and second transactions are deducted from my account. It's funny they are quick to charge even for false transactions, but failing to come back to me regarding an email I sent a while back about withdrawal from my ucountbrrwards. I am disappointed and even looking at opening an account elsewhere. After being their customer for so many years, I can't begin to believe what I have tolerated for so long.
