Unexplained Payment Increase and Arrears Discrepancy

I recently received an email stating my payment is increasing from R6400 to R8000, despite the repo rate decreasing. I also cleared my arrears in November last year, yet I'm now being told I'm one month in arrears without any clear explanation. I've been harassed by multiple people , and no one can tell me why this is happening. I need this issue resolved urgently.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I expect a detailed explanation and a breakdown of my account history.
