Unexplained Increase in Credit Card Interest Charges

I have had a credit card with Standard Bank for years, and I normally incur an interest charge of between 600 and 800. Since February this year, I have noticed that the interest charge has increased to a range between 1,200 and 1,350. The interest rate has not changed, and I have not used my card since last year. I have contacted the credit card department twice regarding this issue, but no one has been able to explain the change. I would like this to be resolved if there is no logical explanation

I have not received any update since speaking to an agent who said they would refer my complaint to the credit card department. The only message I've received is that this ticket has been resolved. I am not sure how it was resolved, as no one has explained what happened .
