Unexplained fees added onto loan

I recently bought a property with the home loan being with Standard bank<br> Without my knowledge life insurance and other unknown fees have been added to my monthly repayment amount of which I have absolutely no idea as to what it is for<br> <br> I have limited time during office hours and I get absolutely no response form anyone at standard bank<br> The cession has also not been done correctly<br> <br> This is utterly unacceptable.<br> I have been a Standard bank client for many years and I get absolutely no feedback and minimal client service<br> <br> Regards
