********* practices!!!

I have been under debt review for 4 years and one of the accounts is standard bank I had submitted through my debt review company the 17.3 forms to advise on the loss of income due to COVID19. these papers were submitted to Standard bank as well. 3 months down the line i get an sms and email saying i have been handed over to Mac Roberts attorneys, they have called me and VERY rudely told me to pay as my debt review has now lapsed and been cancelled. I have called my debt review company and they contacted standard bank, who advised NOW that they did get the 17.3 forms and handed me over in error and terminated my debt review in error. IN ERROR???? Why did no one call me after the 1st month if no payment received, you know the country is going through hard times. I need my name OFF Mac Roberts list, they will not do it without Standard banks authorisation and yet STILL calling me to pay up the amount. Please can someone from Standard bank sort this out TODAY!!!!! This is ********* to say the least and totally against the Credit Act and the protection of my Debt review.
