I had a relationship with the institution in 1996 when the debts was written off and from ITC, this year Standard Bank granted me a Bond as we as a Cheque account. When I deposited R5000 into the account, R3500 was deducted for outstanding debt OWING without contacting me or sending mail. Question: Why was I granted a Bond or new account after all these years?
