Dear sir, thank you for your prompt reply. My complaint revolves around Ms Pearl Gaskin, Vredenburg Branch, passing on Private & Confidential e-mails between ourselves and the attorneys regarding our d?ivorce to complete strangers. I read a 'Hello Peter' complaint regarding the above employee yesterday, did my own investigation and discovered the recipient of my e-mail is in fact the husband of the complainant. Now it is with absolute disgust that a senior employee of your institution behaves with impunity and think it's okay to divulge personal information to 'strangers'. This is an employee who deals with clients worth millions on a daily basis. I will pursue this matter further as one's privacy is protected by law (POPI Act), and as a senior employee she should know better.<br> I do have copies of the e-mail...<br> How does a day to day client trust such employee - is my question to you.<br> <br> I trust this matter will be investigated.<br>
