Standard Bank does not operate ethically. After promising me a credit card interest rate of prime plus 3% if I switched my salary to them they only gave me prime plus 5%. After repeatedly asking my prestige banker Emile H. to rectify this, he promises to have it "looked at" but never comes through with fixing it. I am closing my account!! PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS BEWARE, THEY DO NOT DELIVER ON THEIR PROMISES!!! STAY AWAY!
