********* business Practice!!!!!

Standard Bank home loans do not have a conscience and doesn't care about their customers. How can you go and debit my account without authorization? The account debited from was never used to make payment to you before, the account has never been paid in years and after all these years you go and present a debit of an amount that you only know of, the Debit amount was never even close to the contractual agreement, you took a decision to take judgment without our knowledge so now that you have achieved your objective why do you think you have a right to present an unauthorized debit? We are facing a pandemic right now, families are s****ing for their next meal and you decide to go and take money out of our accounts without permission????? That is an ********* business practice and I am going to take this higher!!!!!!!
