As a loyal customer I had some financial straign for severl months and kept the bank advised and always kept my commitments. I am disgraced by the following. Firtsly they loaded a reduction of R4000 on my current account overdraft. Secondly they in no form what so ever advised me, thirdly they placed me under more pressure, forthly did not want to listen to my plea. I had recieved an amount of R255 000 from the sales of property and reduced my overdraft with R100 000 settled my credit card and closed my business credit card. I have app**** to have the reduction order removed after the bank had promised me they would do this once fund recieved. They have only reduced it with R3000 and not the entire reduction order. I have kept my word but the bank has not. This is absolutely unacceptible, as once more they are placing undue pressure on me. I insist to have the reduction order removed or will place this on all social media for failing to keep a promise. I kept to my part of the deal but you have not. I expect this to be resolved before month end.
