I recently made an offer for a Standard Bank apartment on [URL Removed] (Ref nr: MR138297). My offer was the highest offer - R90 000 more than the offer that was accepted. I had put in a deposit amount of more than 20%. How is is it that an offer that is R90 000 less than mine gets accepted. <br> <br> This does not make financial sense to the Bank or a distressed client. This does not seem to be ethical behavior, I honestly feel that there are some under handed dealings going on. <br> <br> I appeal to Standard bank to investigate this issue and advise accordingly.
