To Whom it May Concern

Home loan account ********** 30 .

As required by the bank, I sent a 90 day home loan cancellation email with account number and physical address to the bank. Std bank home loans are telling the conveyancers I didn't, and now want to charge me R15 000 cancellation fees. How ***** can you get!?

I am now speaking with my previous company's IT manager (as I am no longer in South Africa) to retrieve the email from the server I know I sent to ********** on the morning of February 13 2019. I just never forwarded or cc'd my private email when I sent it to STD bank and Pam Golding properties.

I want a reply and quickly. This is so unnecessary and ********* when I sent the email as requested.

***** practises. What is South Africa coming to.
