On the 13.01.2015 was given a bad attitude by Lizel Roos at the front desk at East gate branch she was very rude and did not allow me to see any consultant regarding my query on my account said I must go to my branch hence am banking with you she raised her voice at me DON'T think she must be at the front desk as she have no respect for other people Am revolted by her service!!!
