I'm having an account with sbsa vaf.The instalment date is the 15th of every month.During December 2015,they try to debit on the 14th, twice, and there was insufficient funds. Therefore my bank charges me R200 for a failed debit order.I ended up being charged R200 for sbsa's fault.

I contacted standard bank on the 15th, I explained my story, the lady just hanged up. I contacted them again on the 31st December first hy email then later by telephone.Thats when I talked to Siyabonga who transfered me to lebogang, who also transfered me back to siyabonga.

Why must I pay for standard bank's fault.I didn't sign for the 14th I signed for the 15th.I want my money.I cancelled the debit order,I will start paying manually.

I want my money.

Vaf ***
