Undue delay in updating my credit profile.

I have been holding until my airtime runs out. I have vehicle finance, loan and credit card facility with the Bank and they are all up to date. Yet my credit profile has not yet been updated for the month of Jan. This has a negative effect on my credit score and I want to apply for an asset funding. It is already the 10th of February yet my credit profile is not yet updated. This is disappointing.
