Undisclosed payment methods

Good day I have a home loan account with Standard bank since 1996. However I have learnt that some of my large payments made into the account and also extra funds made into the account was divided into the Standard bank insurance account. So what standard bank has been doing is paying a small amount into my home loan and the larger amount into the insurance. To my knowledge that insurance companies are paid premiums on a month to month basis. So I have been paying in large amounts with the knowledge it's being going into my home loan account. Which was not the case. The insurance was receiving most of the payment. This is the reason why can't understand why my debt is taking me so long to pay off. The fact extra payments have made. It seems this is the manner standard bank operates. Standard bank is been holding me as prisoner to this debt for many yrs. So I must pay and pay and pay till the day I die. Having this debt with Standard bank as ****** my joy and happiness for many yrs. Why is the insurance company received payments in advance. When make a large payment. Most of the money should go into the home loan and a month premium to the insurance. So standard bank has been doing this so that my home loan debt does not go down inly5 shows a little movement while the standard insurance is paid months in advance. The insurance company is no help to me. Standard bank needs to be investigated immediately. This is not how they treat clients. I am shocked. This matter also needs to be taken to the Ombudsman. I need and urgent response in this matter. It's my money. I am a pensioner and take every cent I have to pay this home loan. I dont even a good life with this home loan debt It's has been a curse in my life. I will expose standard bank
