Under debt Review
I have a outstanding overdraft with Standard Bank , I lost my job and struggled for 8 months to find employment. During this time a made a decision to rather submit failure and seek protection in the form of debt review. Forward a few months later and with a valid court order I find myself under debt review. But Standard Bank's legal department does not seem to comprehend what debt review means! I am harassed constantly with phone calls , text message and threated by the way that I must pay and my debt review is not valid. The court has decided that there were merits in my application and ruled in my favor.I am paying the necessary amount that my debt review has stated every month without delay , the debt review act states the following \once you are under debt review you are under the legal protection of the Credit Act and creditors cannot take legal action against you"How is Standard Bank ignoring a court order? Are u above the Credit Act?"""
