Uncompetitive interest rate home loan department

<p>12.5% on a home loan, come on guys. You have given me 12.25% on my vehicle finance yet you are completely unwilling to get closer to 10% for double the amount on a home loan, which I should be getting a better rate for anyway. I've had to turn down some very good service from your private banking side on a cheque account overdraft and credit card accounts (trying to switch banks) because I need the home loan to go ahead with everything. If you want a client willing to take on multiple account and do some very good business please assist further.</p>
