Uncleared funds

I recently paid R600 on my credit card and at the time I was sent an upgraded card. I am now sitting with a situation where the funds has reduced my balance but its not available, how is that possible, so its there but not there.I called in and I was told they see it there but cannot clear it .They are saying the only way I can have the funds cleared is if I went to a branch. So you not sure then why reduce my balance, this doesn't make sense. I am no where near a branch and I need to use my card. This is really ridiculous. Please have this sorted out ASAP.
